Outcome of board meeting of iStreet Network

Held on 17 August 2016

iStreet Network announced that a meeting of the Board of the Directors was held on 17 August 2016 and amongst other the following businesses were discussed and approved:-

1. Approved the draft 'iStreet Network Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016' and sent the same for approval of the members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. Approved the Directors Report along with its relevant annexures, Corporate Governance Report and Management Discussion and Analysis Report.
