Outcome of board meeting of Kisan Mouldings

Held on 10 January 2015

Kisan Mouldings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 January 2015, inter alia, have approved the following matters:

1. Ratification of appointment of Abhaya Shankar as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2014 and also designated him as the Key Managerial Personnel in the Company.

2. Assessment of operations and performance of the Company.

3. Took note of the closure and sale of Phulera Plant and discussed on business re-organisation and consolidation of existing plants.
