Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 December 2014, has approved the proposal for obtaining the approval of the shareholders by means of a Postal Ballot for the appointment of Chandrashekhar Bhave as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, from the date of declaration of results of the Postal Ballot i.e. 03 February 2015.The Company has fixed 23 December 2014 as the cut-off date for ascertaining the list of the Shareholders to whom Postal Ballot Notice and Postal Ballot Form will be sent and also for reckoning the voting rights.
The results of the Postal Ballot will be declared on 03 February 2015 at the Corporate Office of the Company situated at Mahindra Towers, P. K. Kurne Chowk, Worli, Mumbai - 400 018.
