Outcome of board meeting of Moryo Industries

Moryo Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, inter alia, have approved as follows:

1. Resignation of Nidhi Harshad Parekh, from the post of Director and CFO of the Company.

2. Appointment of M/s. P. D. Pandya and Associates, for conducting Secretarial Audit for F.Y. 2014-15.
