Omega Ag Seeds (Punjab) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Director's report for the year 31 March 2015 was considered and approved.
2. The Board decided to recommend ratification of appointment of auditors by members in the ensuing AGM.
3. Managing Director NVR Mohan Rao retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment.
4. The draft notice convening the 23rd Annual General meeting was considered and approved and Board has ordered issuance of said Notice to the shareholders of the Company.
