Optimus Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 March 2016, has discussed and approved the following matters :1. To issue 20,00,000 Convertible Equity Warrants of face value of Rs.10/- at a price as per SEBI-ICDR Regulations to Promoters and Non-Prompters on preferential allotment basis subject to the approval of the members of the Company in General Meeting by way of special resolution as required to be passed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and such other approvals, consent, sanction etc. as may be required for this purpose.
2. To form a Committee of Directors including Independent & Executive Directors which will be called as "Business Development Committee", authorizing to fix Date; Time; Venue and to approve draft Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held for Point No. 1 above.
