Pincon Spirit announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 December 2014, has discussed the following matters:1. The Launch of its new brand of product i.e. "Whiskey- in Regular Segment" in the Brand Name of "Odisha's Choice" in the State of Odisha as well as in West Bengal on 09 February 2015.
2. The strategy of the Launch has been finalized.
3. A high level committee under the leadership of Director finance and Chief Operating Officer has been formed to take the decision on price of the product and Marketing Strategy.
