Pioneer Agro Extracts announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 July 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed M/s. Yudhistar Sharma & Co. Chartered Accountants, Mission Road, Pathankot as Internal Auditor of the company for the F.Y. 2015-2016 pursuant to section 138 of the Companies Act 2013.
2. The committee of directors placed before the board offer received from the Jai Durga Enterprises to purchase all plant and Equipment of the company as scrap, all as were particularly set forth in a certain sale agreement. The Committee of directors also informed that Jai Durga Enterprises has also deposited advance in company account as advance security. In the opinion of Committee of Directors, it is in the best interest of the company and highest value offer among all offers received to the committee.
