Outcome of board meeting of Rotam Commercials

Rotam Commercials announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 June 2014, inter alia, has considered the following:

To Appoint Sarjerao Chavan as additional director and to accept resignation of Nileshkumar Tribhovandas Kava from the board of Director of the Company.

To shift registered office of the Company from - 45/B, Mona Shopping Center, Nr. Navrang Cinema, JP Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400053, Maharashtra, India to Shop No. 114, Rolex Shopping Centre, B 825 829 B, Gore Marg Station Road, Goregaon (West), Mumbai - 400062, Maharashtra, India.
