Outcome of board meeting of Span Diagnostics

Span Diagnostics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 May 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. In view of operating loss during the year and considering future plans of the Company, directors do not recommend dividend for the year ended on 31 March 2016.

2. Board approved appointment of Viral P. Desai as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 July 2016 for a period of three years.
