Eicher Motors announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 05 May 2016 have fixed:

1. 18 June 2016 for convening the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. 11 June 2016 (Cut-off date) for determining the members who would be entitled to vote through Remote e-voting or at the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
