SpiceJet announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2015, has appointed following directors:1. Ajay Singh - Director
2. Shiwani Singh - Director
3. Harsha Vardhana Singh - Independent Director
Further, Ajay Singh has been designated as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of the Company. Singh will not draw any remuneration for the executive functions to be performed by him.
The Board also took on record mobilization of additional funding of Rs. 300 crore through various sources and also took on record company's efforts to increase its fleet size to 45-50 aircraft by the financial year ending March 2016.
