To hold EGM on 19 April 2014
Sunil Hitech Engineers has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 March 2014 has approved the following main businesses;Recommended, subject to such other approvals as maybe required and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, to create, issue and allot 75,00,000 warrants out of which 55,00,000 will be allotted to promoter group, and 20,00,000 to non-promoters.
Fixed the date of extraordinary general meeting on 19 April 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Ratnadeep, Jaynagar, Parli, Vaijnath Dist Beed, Maharashtra, Pin - 431520 and approved the notice of the meeting and authorized issuance thereof.
