Suryo Foods & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 January 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Confirmation transfer and transmission of share.

2. Appointment of Ajit Padhee, as an Additional Director of the Company.

3. Delegation of Power to different authorities relating to purchase of raw material at Gopalpur Hatchery.
