Transcorp International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 May 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. Has recommended dividend Re. 0.80 per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2016.
2. Has accepted the resignation of Manju Srivatsa, Director of the Company w.e.f. 09 May 2016.
