Unno Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, has discussed and considered and approved the following matters:

1. The Board accepted the resignation of Praveen Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company and looking for a new and competent person in his place.

2. The Board discussed the day to day business activity and the performance of the Company.
