Outcome of board meeting of Videocon Industries

Videocon Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2014 resolved that the Current Accounting Year shall be for a period of 18 (Eighteen) months beginning on 01 January 2012 and ending on 30 June 2013 and the subsequent accounting year of the Company shall commence from 01 July and shall end on 30 June, every year.
