Wellesley Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 January 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:1. Appointed Kirti Gupta as Woman director (Additional director) w.e.f. 01 February 2015 in the category of "Independent Director".
2. Constituted Risk Management Committee & formulated its "Memorandum of Risk Management Committee".
3. As required under chapter-IV(8) of the SEBI Insider Trading Regulations 2015 Reformulated "WCL Code of Insider Trading" as "Wellesley Code of conduct-Prevention of Insider trading & Fair Disclosure of Un-Published Price Sensitive Information".
