Panoramic Universal announced that Sanjive Arora, Sr. Vice President - Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from his office with immediate effect i.e. with effect from 04 May 2016.He also ceases to be a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 04 May 2016.
