Panoramic Universal makes investments in securities through acquisition

Panoramic Universal announced that its directors in board meeting held on 11 February 2014 have proposed to make investment in securities of giving loan to a body corporate in Indonesia to the tune of Rs 10 crores as and by way of acquisition and incorporation of a JV / WOS/ subsidiary company at an appropriate time.
