Phillips Carbon Black net profit declines 2.18% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Phillips Carbon Black declined 2.18% to Rs 4.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 5.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 0.94% to Rs 534.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 539.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net loss reported to Rs 20.64 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 87.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 4.59% to Rs 2280.72 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 2180.65 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
