Phoenix Mills has hiked its effective shareholding in Alliance Spaces (ASPL) has increased from 36.76% to 74.09% through the following acquisition --Pursuant to the SPA dated 16 September 2016 referred above, the Company has acquired entire shareholding of Fulda River representing 15.95% equity stake in ASPL on 04 September 2017.
-Pursuant to the SPA dated 06 December 2016 referred above, the Company has acquired entire shareholding of K2A representing 16.26% equity stake in ASPL on 05 September 2017.
-Pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) dated 04 September 2017, the Company has acquired entire 5.12% shareholding of Crest Ventures (CVL), an equity shareholder in ASPL on 05 September 2017.
