Piramal Enterprises to allot 74,85,574 equity shares on rights issue

The Committee of Directors of Piramal Enterprises has approved the allotment of 74,85,574 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each at an issue price of 2380 per equity share including a premium of Rs 2378 per share to the eligible applicants of the rights issue.
