PNB Housing Finance has allotted 7,83,409 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each bearing distinctive numbers from 166586483 to 67369891 (both numbers inclusive) under ESOP scheme of the Company.Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 167,36,98,910 consisting of 16,73,69,891 equity shares of Rs.10 each.
