Under Global Medium Term Note Programme

Power Finance Corporation launched issuance of USD 750 million, 3.95% notes due 2030 under the USD 5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The Notes have been priced on 15 January, 2020 and carry a coupon of 3.95% per annum payable in arrear on each Interest Payment Date. The settlement date for the Notes is expected to be 23 January, 2020.

The Notes will mature on 23 April 2030 and principal and interest payments will be made in U.S. Dollars.
