PowerGrid update on proposed IPO of PGInvIT

POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT), an infrastructure investment trust settled by POWERGRID as the sponsor and registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has filed a draft offer document dated 25 January 2021, in relation to the proposed initial public offer of units by PGInvIT, which is proposed to consist of a fresh issue of units by PGInvIT and an offer for sale of units by POWERGRID, with SEBI for its observations.
