The Board of Hindustan Unilever at its meeting held 27 January 2021 has approved the appointment of Ritesh Tiwari, presently, VP Finance - Global Performance Management as Executive Director Finance and CFO of the company to succeed Srinivas Phatak, presently Executive Director Finance & IT and CFO of the company, who has been appointed as EVP Financial Control and Risk Management, Unilever.
