Board of Hindustan Unilever approves change in Executive Director Finance and CFO

At meeting held on 27 January 2021

The Board of Hindustan Unilever at its meeting held 27 January 2021 has approved the appointment of Ritesh Tiwari, presently, VP Finance - Global Performance Management as Executive Director Finance and CFO of the company to succeed Srinivas Phatak, presently Executive Director Finance & IT and CFO of the company, who has been appointed as EVP Financial Control and Risk Management, Unilever. The changes are effective from 01 May 2021.
