Pradeep Metals to pay dividend for FY 2015

On or before 10 October 2015

Pradeep Metals announced that the Members in their Annual General Meeting held on 11 September 2015 have taken the following decision-

- Members in the Annual General Meeting have approved payment of Dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2015, at the rate of 12% i.e. Re. 1.20/- per share on 17,270,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2015, as recommended by the Board of Directors.

Further dividend will be paid on or before 10 October 2015.
