Praj Industries grants stock options

Under ESOP

Praj Industries announced that in the Compensation and Share Allotment Committee Meeting of the Company held on 06 August 2015, the following decision has been taken:

- The Company has granted 1,20,000 Options under Praj ESOP 2011 Grant II to its eligible employees at the rate of Rs. 114.32 per option.
