Precision Camshafts announced that that PCL (International) Holding B.V., Netherlands, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Precision Camshafts has acquired 51% Equity Shareholding in EMOSS Mobile Systems B.V., Netherlands for cash consideration of Euro 7.358 million (approx. Rs 58 crore).EMOSS is a one-of-a-kind business that designs, develops, produces and supplies complete electric powertrains for trucks, busses, military vehicles and heavy equipment. EMOSS business model includes conversion of diesel trucks into ready to use electric trucks. The company also manufactures "ready to assemble modular kits" which are assembled onto the chassis.
