Presha Metallurgical to consider director's appointment

Presha Metallurgical announced that its directors in the board meeting held on 25 January 2014 have considered to appoint Ketan D Sorathiya as additional director and accept resignation of Kamlesh Thothawala from the board of directors of the company.
