Pro Fin Capital Services has appointed Nitin Vinayak Kore, a qualified Company Secretary as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 02 May 2016 in place of Abhay Gupta pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (LODR), 2015.
