Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals announced about the following changes in the Company's Directorate:- Cessation of Yogesh Goel as Director of the Company with effect from 28 May 2015 consequent upon his resignation dated 28 May 2015 due to withdrawal of his nomination as Director by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation with effect from 28 May 2015.
