Sales rise 11.54% to Rs 76.17 crore

Net profit of Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals reported to Rs 4.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 1.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 11.54% to Rs 76.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 68.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 9.58 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net profit of Rs 2.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 7.25% to Rs 264.89 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 285.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
