Ravindra Trading & Agencies announced that the Directors of the Company by way of passing 'Resolution by Circulation' on 11 July 2015:-

1. Accepted the resignation tendered by J. Suresh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from 30 June 2015; and

2. Designated Sidram Kaluti - Whole-Time Director as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective 01 July 2015.
