Raymond plans NCD issuance of up to Rs 40 cr

Also raises limit for issue of CPs by Rs 100 cr

The Committee of Board of Raymond approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures for an amount up to Rs. 40 crore on Private Placement basis. The Committee also granted an in-principle approval for increase in overall limit for issuance of Commercial Paper by Rs. 100 crore.
