Net profit of Reliable Ventures India declined 79.57% to Rs 0.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 0.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 22.72% to Rs 3.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 4.71 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 61.36% to Rs 0.68 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 14.90% to Rs 13.48 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 15.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
