Scheme becomes effect from 31 March 2022
Reliance Industries announced that it has received the approval of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench for the scheme of arrangement between the company and its shareholders and creditors and Reliance Syngas and its shareholders and creditors on 30 March 2022. The scheme of arrangement has also been approved by NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench on 30 March 2022. The certified copies of the orders of NCLT have been filed with the Registrar of Companies on 04 April 2022.
