Reliance MediaWorks proposes voluntary delisting of equity shares

Reliance MediaWorks announced in the board meeting held on 20 January 2014 a proposal made by Reliance Land and Reliance Capital to make a voluntary delisting offer to public shareholders of the company in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
