Ruchi Soya Board decides to change company name to Patanjali Foods

At meeting held on 10 April 2022

The Board of Ruchi Soya Industries at its meeting held on 10 April 2022 has accorded its in-principle approval for evaluating the most efficient mode of enhancing synergies with Patanjali Ayurveda food portfolio in any manner on an arm's length basis (proposed transaction). The Board also decided to change the name of the company to Patanjali Foods.
