Ruchi Strips & Alloys appoints company secretary cum compliance officer

With effect from 29 May 2014

Ruchi Strips & Alloys announced that Deepak Upadhyay has been appointed as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 29 May 2014.

In terms of Clause 47(a) of listing agreement Deepak Upadhyay, Company Secretary will also be Compliance Officer of the Company.
