The Board of Rungta Irrigation on 9 June 2022 has considered and approved the Draft Offer Letter dated June 08, 2022 for the proposed Right Issue of Equity Shares of 1,10,70,125 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each at a premium of Rs.1 ( Issue Price @ 11/-) aggregating upto INR 1217.17 lakhs.
