Rupa & Company announced that Ramesh Agarwal, Whole-time Directors has been designated as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 18 August 2014.Further the Company has informed that, N. Krishna Mohan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 27 August 2014.
