Rupee down 12 paise in early trade

Rupee on Wednesday (26 June 2013) fell by 12 paise to 59.78 against the dollar in early trade on the Interbank Foreign Exchange market on increased demand for the US currency from importers.

Rupee had closed two paise higher at 59.66 yesterday.
