S V Global Mill appoints company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 13 November 2015

S V Global Mill announced that the Board at its meeting held on October 30, 2015 appointed S. Ravichandran as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 13 November 2015 in place of S. S. Arunachalam. As S. Ravichandran has informed the Company, his non-availability to take up the assignment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and he is not joining the Company, the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is vacant. The Board will find a suitable alternative in his place as early as possible and communicate to the stock exchange accordingly.
