Sadhana Nitro Chem announces appointment of company secretary

Sadhana Nitro Chem has appointed Nitin R. Jani as the Company Secretary of the Company. Further, the Company intimated that he shall be acting as a Compliance Officer in terms of Clause 47(f) of the Listing Agreement.
