Sakthi Sugars to hold board meeting

Sakthi Sugars will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 2 May 2016 to consider and approve issue of equity shares on preferential basis to Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL) by conversion of a portion of the loan acquired by them amounting to Rs. 61.12 crores.
