Sanofi India update on proposed slump sale of Ankleswar facility to Zentiva

Sanofi India announced that due to delay in receiving regulatory approvals, the closing of the transaction for the slump sale and transfer of the manufacturing facility at Ankleshwar, Gujarat to Zentiva is not likely to be achieved by 31 March 2020. It is now expected that the closing of this transaction will be achieved during the quarter ending 30 June 2020.
