Sarda Energy & Minerals declared successful bidder for coal mines

Sarda Energy & Minerals announced that the Nominated Authority, Ministry of Coal, Government of India vide its letters dated 28 December 2020 has declared the Company as the successful bidder for the following coal mines in the recent auction held for commercial coal mines:

1 Sahapur West Coal Mine Madhya Pradesh (company's bid - 26% of revenue share)
2 Gare-Palma-IV/7 Coal Mine Chhattisgarh (company's bid - 66.75% of revenue share)

The coal will also be used for our captive coal requirements.
