Schrader Duncan announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 30 September 2015

Schrader Duncan announced that Nirnoy Sur, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company.

The Company accepted his resignation and will relieve him of his responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 30 September 2015. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Nirnoy Sur also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange.
